Monthly Subscription – Lesson Terms and Conditions

Guitar lessons offered through a monthly subscription, guarantee a fixed weekly time slot reserved exclusively for each student. This system ensures continuity and allows students to develop their skills with consistency.

Rates and Payment

Fixed monthly rate

The tuition fee is €100 or €150 per month, depending on the lesson format. Each monthly subscription includes 4 lessons per month. Some months contain 5 calendar weeks. In those cases, the fifth week will be used as a buffer week, and no regular lesson will take place unless it is needed to reschedule a cancelled class. This system guarantees that every student receives four lessons per month.

Payment terms

The monthly fee must be paid before the 7th of each month. Payment confirms the reservation of your fixed weekly lesson time.

Public Holidays

If a lesson falls on a national public holiday, the lesson will be rescheduled to another available time during the same month whenever possible. If rescheduling during the same month is not possible, the lesson may be scheduled during a buffer week (a fifth week)or at another mutually agreed time. The goal is to ensure that every student receives their four lessons each month.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

To keep the schedule fair and organized, we distinguish the following situations.

1. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance (personal reasons)

If you cannot attend a lesson due to work, travel, or other commitments, it's needed to notify at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, We will try to reschedule the lesson within the same week, depending on availability. Lessons cancelled less than 48 hours in advance for personal reasons cannot be rescheduled.

2. Medical emergencies

In the event of illness or a medical emergency, the lesson will always be rescheduled, even if the cancellation occurs on the same day. A doctor’s note may be required.

3. Teacher Cancellation

If I have to cancel a lesson due to illness or force majeure, the lesson will always be rescheduled to guarantee that the student receives four lessons during that month.

4. Stopping Lessons

If you wish to stop taking lessons, it´s needed to be notified one month in advance. This allows time to reorganize the schedule and offer the time slot to another student.
